Project managed by Ashley and cost managed by Thomas, The Stage is an £870m residential-led mixed-use development in the heart of Shoreditch, London. he new magnet for Shoreditch's cultural and commercial elite, The Stage is a landmark 2.3-acre development designed around a world-class heritage centre on the site of Shakespeare’s Curtain Theatre.
Tasked with the delivery of the 7 buildings, which consist of a mixture of uses from residential, commercial, retail and heritage. The Curtain Theatre is a Shakespearean theatre discovered during the basement excavation and will now become an immersive experience offering up archaeological findings from the dig.
